In an effort to make planning and zoning meetings accessible to everyone, the Bluff Town Council is seeking a volunteer to transcribe the meetings each Thursday at 7 p.m. The volunteer will sit in on the meetings and type the discussion as it happens so those who are hard of hearing can participate.
