Utah Department of Health is bringing back its mobile coronavirus testing units to Utah Navajo Health System at the Montezuma Creek Clinic this Thursday & Friday, April 30- May 1, 2020 from 8:15am-4:30pm (or while supplies last).
Tests are free of charge and open to anyone regardless of tribal affiliation or state of residence.
If you haven’t been seen at a UNHS facility in the last four years, you can pre-register here.
